Roshan Mohanraj is a second-year VLSI student at Chennai Institute of Technology (CIT) with a strong interest in innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship. He actively engages in initiatives that bridge technical learning with real-world problem-solving and collaborative leadership.

He recently played a key role in organizing a three-day entrepreneurship event (INNOVEST’25) at CIT, bringing together students, mentors, and industry professionals to foster innovation and startup thinking.

Through this experience, he developed skills in event management, team coordination, and strategic planning while encouraging peers to explore entrepreneurial opportunities.

At the Agile Conference 2026, Roshan aims to connect with industry experts, learn emerging practices, and contribute fresh perspectives from a student-driven innovation ecosystem. He is passionate about leveraging agility, leadership, and technology to create impactful solutions.
