Aarthi is the Chief Customer Officer at Azentio, where she drives excellence in customer success by ensuring that customers derive maximum value from the company’s products. She oversees all customer-facing activities, including support, implementation, and managed services, and plays a key role in expanding the company’s product suite while driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Before joining Azentio, Aarthi led key functions at Freshworks, India’s pioneering NASDAQ-listed SaaS company. As Head of Customer Success and Strategic Account Management, she managed a $80 million Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) portfolio, working with top-tier clients across the Asia-Pacific, Middle East, and Africa regions. She also served as Head of Go-To-Market (Revenue) Operations, scaling the team from 20 to 200 members and supporting the company’s growth from $200M to $500M ARR in three years, while aligning operations with Freshworks’ IPO objectives.
With over 25 years of experience across Consulting, IT Services, and SaaS companies, Aarthi previously spent 17 years at Cognizant, where she scaled the Asia-Pacific business from $1M to $500M. As Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cognizant’s $2.5 billion Communications-Media-Technology Business Unit, she managed large-scale global operations and drove operational excellence.
Outside of work, Aarthi is passionate about classical dance. She is a trained Bharatanatyam and Kathak dancer and is an avid yoga practitioner.
