Praveena Santosh Naik, has close to 2 decades of experience in the mobility sector, automotive industry. The domains of her expertise also includes medical embedded, robotics, IoT, industrial automation etc. Within the automotive domain, Praveena has vast experience in embedded new product development, driver electronics, car multimedia, HMI, infotainment, connectivity, User Interface design etc. She has rich experience delivering products/solutions for different types of vehicles in the mobility sector. Directed, managed teams enabling delivery of quality products in the automotive industry. Praveena had been associated with a few automotive OEMs and supplier organisations in her experience, working with leadership teams across the globe. As Deputy General Manager at Continental, Praveena leads and manages teams delivering HPC platform solutions for multiple OEMs. She is also a strong advocate of Innovation with a few patents filed under her leadership. She is an active member of the Project Management Community at the organisation.
