Krishma is a senior delivery leader with experience working with some of the largest ,Healthcare , Financial Services and Life Sciences Fortune 100 Companies. She has also led the strategy for Americas where she has played multiple roles including setting up of the GCC COE , leading initiatives like GenAI Adoption, Talent transformation .

She is part of the Women Leadership Council at Cognizant and champions many of their flagship programs.

A global citizen, she has experience working in US, EUROPE, and APAC. Known for people skills, she is driven by passion, hard work and loves a good challenge. A firm believer in equal opportunities for all, she champions several initiatives within Cognizant with a focus on diversity and has represented her organization in forums like NASSCOMM, HBA and CII.
