She has 18 plus years of experience in the talent management industry. As a learning strategist her key expertise are: leadership training, solution focused coaching for individuals in their personal and professional space, consultation, designing new age content and people management skills. Meera through her resilience and agility strengths enjoys to project manage various organizational goals and team initiatives. An expert in stakeholder management, she has a proven track record of significant improvements in learning processes, productivity, quality and client satisfaction. As a dynamic leader, strategic thinker and decision maker going an extra mile is her mantra for success. Meera is currently working for a shipping company as a Senior Manager and she takes care of Process Improvement, Learner Experience and Data Analytics for the global team aside, governing a team. She is also a founder of Meera's Coaching which she launched in January 2021 and it has been growing in a steady pace as she invests time for the same during her weekends.
